How to Place an Order

When placing your order, add each pair of climbing shoes to your cart separately. This lets you clearly choose the type of rubber you want for each pair. If you’re sending several pairs, please add an identification note, which will help us clearly tell, which shoes should get Grip and which should get Edge. Ideally, include the brand and model, but if you’re not sure, another identifying feature — such as the colour — will also work.

If your rand is worn through, we’ll definitely replace it — no need to mention it. If it’s still intact, we always try to preserve the original rand. That’s not always possible, though, and we can only tell whether it needs replacing once the repair is under way, so you’ll need to leave that call to us. Either way, it’s better for both of us if the rand doesn’t need replacing at all. So send your climbing shoes in at the right time, rather than waiting until they wear through. The repair will be cheaper, and your shoes will keep the exact shape your feet have moulded into them. Once we replace the rand, they’ll feel more like a new pair again.

How to Use the Self-Service Drop-Off Box

Some of our climbing shoe collection points work on a self-service basis. Here’s how it works:

1. Place your order online. You can choose any method to have your repaired climbing shoes sent back to you.

2. Write your name and the order number you receive by email on the slip (if the email hasn’t arrived, double-check the address you entered and your spam folder — if everything looks correct and you still can’t find it, contact us).

3. Put the slip together with your climbing shoes in a bag, then drop the bag into the drop-off box.

4. If anything is missing at the collection point, ask a member of staff for help.

5. That’s it! We’ll email you to confirm your climbing shoes have arrived at our workshop, and once they’re repaired, we’ll send you an invoice for the repair. After you’ve paid it, wait for confirmation that your shoes are ready at the pickup point you chose when placing your order.

Delivery

Unlike a typical online shop, your climbing shoes make two journeys with us. When placing your order, you choose how you’d like us to send them back once they’ve been repaired. How you get them to us is up to you — you have two options:

  • Take your climbing shoes to one of our collection points. There’s no need to pack them — we have bags ready for you there. Simply hand your shoes to a member of staff and give them your order number.
  • Alternatively, use our Packeta shipping service. You can create your shipment with a single click on our website. You’ll find all the instructions in the email you receive after placing your order (service fee: €3.50).

For now, this service only works at staffed Packeta collection points. If there isn’t one near you and you’d like to send your parcel from a Z-BOX, create your own shipment in the Packeta app and address it as follows:

Recipient: Lezolep

Phone: +421 911 738 964

Email: info@lezolep.sk

Pickup point: Kvety Florian.

Please don’t send your parcel by courier directly to our registered address. Our registered office is not our workshop, so there may be no one there to accept your parcel and it could be returned to you.

Feel free to mix and match the delivery options — for example, choose to have your repaired shoes sent back via Packeta to your chosen pickup point for €3.50, while bringing them in for repair to one of our collection points free of charge.

How to Pack Your Climbing Shoes for Shipping via Packeta

Simply pack your climbing shoes into the smallest box they’ll fit in, and write your order number on the inside of the lid, like this:

Make sure your climbing shoes are completely dry before packing them, and don’t use plastic bags — they could develop mould in transit. Also take off any carabiners, since we’ll need to remove them for the repair anyway and can’t guarantee they’ll make it back to you. Then just tape up the box and send it off.
