Tried-and-tested classics with a great price-to-performance ratio — Vibram® XS Grip 2 and XS Edge rubber compounds.
But we also offer special RAToM rubber compounds made from racing tyres — the ones you know from viral videos.

Softer rubber provides more grip. Harder rubber lasts longer and makes the shoe stiffer and provides more support on smaller footholds. The choice therefore depends on your climbing style, but also on your weight. For example, that is why La Sportiva® uses the softest Vibram compound XS Grip 2 on almost all of its women’s models.
A harder, more durable rubber compound. It performs particularly well on small edges and is ideal for climbers who mainly use the edges of their shoes on footholds. Harder rubber doesn’t wear down as quickly, so it lasts longer.
A softer rubber compound that provides maximum grip on rock. Its softness helps you make the most of every square millimetre of contact with the surface. It is particularly suitable for climbers who often rely on smearing, using a larger area of the sole to generate friction.
Special Japanese rubber made from tyres raced on Grand Prix circuits. This very limited gem is crafted from the grippiest slicks, making it one of the softest rubbers on the market.
You must place your climbing shoe repair order online. Then simply send your shoes to us via Packeta to this pickup point (please do not send them by courier directly to our address; you’ll receive detailed instructions by email), or drop them off in person at one of our collection points. If you choose Packeta, all you need is a suitable box and a pen or marker. Pack your shoes and write the order number from your confirmation email on the inside of the lid. It’s simple, and no printer is required. At one of our own collection points, simply hand over your shoes for repair and provide your order number.
When placing your order, you can choose how you’d like to receive your repaired shoes. You can have them sent via Packeta or collect them in person from our pickup point. We’ll notify you by email once your shoes are ready. For more details, see our ordering and delivery information.
Based on our professional assessment, we may replace the rand or repair it with a toe cap without consulting you or seeking your approval in advance. If we determine that either service is necessary, we will carry it out and charge you accordingly. Please also see our detailed price list for any additional services and charges that may apply to your order.
We’ll remove the worn section of the sole at the front part of the shoe and replace it with new rubber in the compound of your choice.
