Before visiting one of our collection points, don’t forget to book your repair online.
We service our Bratislava collection/pickup points in person once a week. On the scheduled afternoon, we drop off completed, prepaid orders at reception and take any climbing shoes awaiting repair back to our workshop.
You can drop off your climbing shoes for repair in the collection box at the K2 climbing centre in Bratislava (find out how it works here). Once repaired, you can pick them up at reception or choose whichever delivery option suits you best when placing your order.

You’ll also find a self-service collection box at Vertigo. Simply place your order, write your name and order number on a slip of paper, put the slip and your climbing shoes in a bag, then pop the bag into the drawer… and that’s it. We’ll take care of the rest.

You can drop off your climbing shoes for repair in the collection box at Spot climbing gym near Bory in Bratislava. Once they’re repaired, simply pick them up at reception and put them to the test on Spot’s brilliant boulder problems.

Climbing shoes collected from collection/pickup points outside Bratislava are sent to our workshop every two weeks. We repair them as quickly as possible and send them straight back. Time your drop-off well, and it’s just as fast as using Packeta — but far cheaper!

These locations can’t always collect enough climbing shoes for repair within the regular intervals. Avoiding half-empty shipments takes good coordination. Just ask the staff, and you can get your repaired shoes back home just as cheaply and quickly as through our other collection points.

It’s really simple. Book your repair online, then just bring your climbing shoes and order number to a collection point. There’s no need to pack them — we’ll have our own bags ready for you there.
When placing your order online, simply fill in your contact details and choose the rubber you’d like us to use for the repair. If you choose to pick up your shoes in person at our collection point, payment is only possible in advance by bank transfer — once the repair is done, we’ll email you an invoice, and as soon as the payment reaches our account, we’ll get your shoes ready for collection and let you know by email.
